 - 1 tablespoon baking powder
 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
 - 1 tablespoon sugar
 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)

 - 1 cup warm water
 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
 - 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
 
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
 - In a large bowl, mix together the gluten-free flour, baking powder, salt, sugar, garlic powder, and oregano.
 - In a separate bowl, combine the warm water, olive oil, and apple cider vinegar.
 - Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring to form a dough.
 - Once the dough is formed, knead it gently for a minute to bring it together.
 - Transfer the dough onto the prepared baking sheet and press it out into a circle or square shape, depending on your preference.
 - Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until it starts to turn golden brown.
 - Remove from the oven, add your favorite pizza toppings, and return to the oven for another 5-10 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
 - Let it cool slightly before slicing and serving.
