		- 1 cup heavy cream
 - 8 oz mascarpone cheese
 - 1/3 cup granulated sugar
 - 1 tsp vanilla extract
 - 1 tbsp matcha powder
 - 3/4 cup hot water
 - 12–16 ladyfinger biscuits
 - 1 cup sliced fresh strawberries
 - Extra matcha powder for dusting
 - Optional: mint leaves for garnish
 
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together hot water and 1 tablespoon of matcha powder until fully dissolved. Let cool.
 - In another bowl, beat heavy cream until soft peaks form.
 - Add mascarpone cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract to the whipped cream and mix until smooth and well combined.
 - Dip each ladyfinger briefly into the matcha mixture and place them at the bottom of individual cups.
 - Layer with a spoonful of the mascarpone cream mixture, followed by sliced strawberries.
 - Repeat the layers until the cups are filled, ending with a layer of cream.
 - Dust the tops with matcha powder and optionally garnish with mint leaves.
 - Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
 
Notes
- Do not soak the ladyfingers too long or they’ll become mushy.
 - Best served chilled and consumed within 2 days.
 - You can substitute strawberries with raspberries for a different flavor.
