Instructions

 - Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract to the cream cheese and beat until well combined.
 - In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
 - Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until smooth.
 - Spoon or pipe the cheesecake mixture over the crust in the jars.
 - Top with fresh berries or fruit of your choice.
 - Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
