 - 1 box (3 oz) grape-flavored gelatin
 - 6 cups boiling water (1 cup per gelatin flavor)
 - 6 cups cold water (1 cup per gelatin flavor)
 - Whipped topping (like Cool Whip), for layering and garnish
 - Rainbow sprinkles (optional, for garnish)
 
Instructions
- Prepare each flavored gelatin separately by dissolving the contents of each box in 1 cup of boiling water, then stir in 1 cup of cold water.
 - Pour each flavor into separate shallow containers and refrigerate until set, about 2-3 hours.
 - Once set, cut each gelatin into small cubes.
 - Layer different colored gelatin cubes into clear parfait cups or glasses, alternating with spoonfuls of whipped topping.
 - Repeat layers until glasses are full, finishing with a dollop of whipped topping on top.
 - Garnish with rainbow sprinkles if desired.
 - Chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
