A smooth and naturally sweet apple-cinnamon puree perfect for babies, snacks, or as a topping for breakfast dishes.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 medium apples, peeled, cored, and chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup water

Instructions

  1. Place the chopped apples and water in a medium saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Cover and cook for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the apples are soft and tender.
  3. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a blender or use an immersion blender to puree until smooth.
  5. Add ground cinnamon and blend again briefly to combine.
  6. Let the puree cool completely before serving or storing.

Notes

  • Use sweet apples like Fuji or Gala for the best natural sweetness.
  • Store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days or freeze in small portions for later use.
  • You can adjust the cinnamon to taste or omit it for younger babies.
