Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 medium apples, peeled, cored, and diced
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar

  2. In a bowl, mix diced apples with granulated sugar, cinnamon, and lemon juice. Set aside.

  4. Spoon the apple mixture evenly into small oven-safe jars or ramekins.
  5. Top with the crumble mixture, pressing slightly to pack.
  6. Place jars on a baking sheet and bake for 25–30 minutes or until the tops are golden brown and apples are bubbling.
  7. Remove from oven, let cool slightly, and serve warm with whipped cream or ice cream if desired.
