Apple Walnut Salad

A fresh and crunchy apple walnut salad made with crisp apples, toasted walnuts, and a tangy dressing. Perfect as a light lunch or a side dish.

  • 2 apples, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup walnuts, toasted and roughly chopped
  • 4 cups mixed salad greens
  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese (optional)
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the mixed greens, sliced apples, walnuts, feta cheese, and dried cranberries.
  2. In a small bowl or jar, whisk together the olive oil, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to coat.
  4. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • You can substitute pecans for walnuts if preferred.
