Instructions

  1. Toast the slices of whole-grain bread to your desired crispness.
  2. Peel and mash the ripe avocado in a small bowl until smooth or leave slightly chunky for texture.
  3. Season the mashed avocado with salt and pepper to taste. Optionally, add a dash of red pepper flakes or a squeeze of lemon juice for extra flavor.
  4. Peel the boiled eggs and slice them in half or into rounds.
  5. Spread the mashed avocado evenly over each slice of toasted bread.
