Bourbon Vanilla Apple Toddy

A warm and comforting cocktail made with bourbon, vanilla, and apple cider—perfect for chilly evenings or festive gatherings.

  • 2 oz bourbon
  • 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1 cup apple cider
  • 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • Apple slices, for garnish
  • Cinnamon, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan, combine the apple cider, cinnamon stick, and lemon juice. Heat over medium heat until hot but not boiling.
  2. Remove from heat and stir in the bourbon and vanilla extract.
  3. Pour the mixture into a heatproof glass or mug.
  4. Garnish with apple slices and a dash of cinnamon, if desired.
  5. Serve warm and enjoy immediately.
