- 1/4 cup milk
 
- 1/4 tsp salt
 
- 1/8 tsp black pepper
 
- 1 tbsp butter or oil
 
- 1/2 cup cooked and crumbled breakfast sausage or bacon
 
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
 
- 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
 
- 1/4 cup chopped onions
 
- 2 large flour tortillas (10-inch)
 
- 1/4 cup salsa (optional)

- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
 
- Heat butter or oil in a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add onions and bell peppers, cooking until softened (about 3-4 minutes).
 
- Pour in the egg mixture and cook, stirring gently until scrambled and cooked through.
 
- Stir in the cooked sausage or bacon and remove from heat.
 
- Warm tortillas in a pan or microwave until soft and pliable.
 
- Divide the egg mixture between the two tortillas.
 
- Top each with shredded cheese, salsa, and avocado if using.
 
- Fold in the sides and roll up tightly to form a burrito.
 
- Optional: Grill the burritos seam-side down in a hot skillet for 1-2 minutes to seal and crisp the outside.
