California Club Wraps

California Club Wraps are fresh and flavorful tortilla wraps packed with turkey, bacon, avocado, lettuce, tomato, and cheese, perfect for a quick lunch or light dinner.

Ingredients

  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 8 slices cooked bacon
  • 1 lb sliced deli turkey breast
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 large tomato, sliced
  • 4 slices cheddar or provolone cheese
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Lay out the flour tortillas on a clean surface.
  2. In a small bowl, mix the mayonnaise and Dijon mustard (if using).
  3. Spread a thin layer of the mayo mixture over each tortilla.
  4. Layer the turkey slices evenly across each tortilla.
  5. Add 2 slices of bacon to each wrap.
  6. Top with sliced avocado, tomato slices, shredded lettuce, and a slice of cheese.
  7. Season with salt and pepper if desired.
  8. Fold in the sides of each tortilla and roll up tightly to form a wrap.
  9. Cut each wrap in half and serve immediately or wrap in foil for later.

Notes

  • Use whole wheat tortillas for a healthier option.
  • You can substitute ham or chicken for turkey.
  • Keep refrigerated if making ahead, and consume within 24 hours.
