Caprese Salad with Balsamic Glaze

A fresh and vibrant Italian salad made with ripe tomatoes, creamy mozzarella, fragrant basil, and a drizzle of sweet balsamic glaze. Perfect as a light appetizer or side dish.

Ingredients

  • 3 ripe tomatoes, sliced
  • 8 oz fresh mozzarella cheese, sliced
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
  • 2 tbsp balsamic glaze
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

Instructions

  1. Slice the tomatoes and mozzarella into even rounds.
  2. Arrange the tomato and mozzarella slices alternately on a serving platter.
  3. Tuck fresh basil leaves between the slices.
