Charcuterie Board Flatbread

A savory and elegant flatbread inspired by classic charcuterie boards, topped with cured meats, cheeses, fruits, and fresh herbs, perfect as an appetizer or light meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 flatbread or naan
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup crumbled goat cheese or blue cheese
  • 46 slices prosciutto or salami
  • 1/4 cup arugula
  • 23 figs or 1/4 cup sliced grapes
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp balsamic glaze
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Brush the flatbread with olive oil and place it on a baking sheet.
  3. Sprinkle mozzarella and goat cheese evenly over the top.
  4. Arrange slices of prosciutto or salami across the flatbread.
  5. Bake in the oven for 8-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Remove from oven and top with arugula and figs or grapes.
  7. Drizzle with honey and balsamic glaze.
  8. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  9. Slice and serve warm.

Notes

  • Use any combination of cured meats and cheeses to suit your taste.
  • For a vegetarian version, omit the meat and add more fruits or nuts.
  • Can be made using store-bought or homemade flatbread.
