Charcuterie Board Flatbread

A delicious and visually stunning Charcuterie Board Flatbread that combines the elegance of a charcuterie board with the convenience of a flatbread. Perfect as an appetizer or a fun meal to share.

Ingredients

  • 1 flatbread or naan
  • 2 oz prosciutto
  • 2 oz salami
  • 1/4 cup goat cheese
  • 1/4 cup brie cheese, sliced
  • 1/4 cup mozzarella, shredded
  • 1/4 cup arugula
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1/4 cup grapes, halved
  • 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: nuts (e.g., walnuts or almonds), fig jam

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place flatbread on a baking sheet and brush with olive oil.
  3. Top with shredded mozzarella, goat cheese, and slices of brie.
  4. Bake for 8–10 minutes or until cheese is melted and flatbread is crispy.
  5. Remove from oven and let cool slightly.
  6. Top with prosciutto, salami, halved grapes, cherry tomatoes, and arugula.
  7. Drizzle with honey and add a sprinkle of salt and pepper.
  8. Optionally, top with nuts or a swirl of fig jam for extra flavor.
  9. Slice and serve warm or at room temperature.

Notes

  • Customize with your favorite cheeses and cured meats.
  • Can be made vegetarian by omitting the meats.
