Ingredients

  • 4 oz (115 g) brie cheese, sliced
  • 4 oz (115 g) gouda cheese, sliced
  • 1 box (6–8 oz) assorted crackers
  • Optional: fresh fruit (grapes, apple slices, figs)
  • Optional: nuts (almonds, walnuts)
  • Optional: honey or jam

Instructions

  1. Arrange assorted crackers on a serving platter or board.
  2. Slice cheeses into bite-sized portions and place them neatly alongside crackers.
  3. Add optional accompaniments such as fruit, nuts, or a small bowl of honey/jam for variety.
  4. Serve immediately and enjoy.
