- 1 lb (450 g) cheese tortellini, fresh or frozen
- 2 cups (480 ml) marinara or pasta sauce
- 1 cup (240 ml) heavy cream or half-and-half
- 2 cups (200 g) shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup (50 g) grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh basil, for garnish (optional)
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Cook tortellini according to package directions until just al dente; drain.
- In a large bowl, mix marinara sauce, cream, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Stir in cooked tortellini until evenly coated.
- Transfer mixture to the prepared baking dish and top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Garnish with fresh basil before serving, if desired.

- You can add cooked ground beef, sausage, or chicken for extra protein.
- Use a mix of cheeses like provolone or cheddar for a different flavor.
- For a lighter version, substitute milk for cream.
