Chicken Caesar Wrap

A crisp tortilla wrap filled with tender grilled chicken, romaine lettuce, Parmesan cheese, and creamy Caesar dressing—perfect for a quick, flavorful meal.

  • 2 large flour tortillas (10-inch)
  • 1 cup cooked chicken breast, sliced
  • 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ⅓ cup Caesar dressing
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Warm the tortillas: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and briefly warm each tortilla (about 15 seconds per side). Remove and set aside.
  2. Season chicken: Sprinkle cooked chicken slices with a pinch of salt and pepper.
  3. Assemble wrap: Lay a tortilla flat. Spread 2 tablespoons of Caesar dressing down the center. Top with half the chicken, 1 cup chopped romaine, and 2 tablespoons Parmesan.
  4. Fold and roll: Fold bottom edge up over filling, then fold in sides and roll tightly.
  5. Repeat: Make the second wrap with remaining ingredients.
  6. Slice and serve: Cut each wrap in half on the diagonal and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Use whole-wheat tortillas for extra fiber.
  • Grill or roast homemade chicken for best flavor.
  • Add sliced avocado or bacon for variation.
  • To make ahead, wrap in foil and refrigerate up to 4 hours.
