Chicken Caesar Wraps Without Sauce

A quick and satisfying wrap filled with tender chicken, crisp romaine lettuce, creamy Caesar dressing, and Parmesan cheese, perfect for lunch or a light dinner.

  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded or diced
  • 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup Caesar dressing
  • 4 large flour tortillas (10-inch)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken, chopped romaine lettuce, Parmesan cheese, and Caesar dressing.
  2. Season with salt and pepper to taste, then toss gently until evenly coated.
  3. Lay a tortilla on a flat surface and spoon about 1/4 of the mixture into the center.
  4. Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll tightly into a wrap.
  5. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling.
  6. Slice each wrap in half and serve immediately, or wrap tightly and refrigerate until ready to serve.

Notes

  • Use grilled chicken for a smoky flavor.
  • Whole wheat or spinach tortillas can be used for a healthier twist.
  • For extra crunch, add croutons just before serving.
