A refreshing and flavorful Classic Spaghetti Pasta Salad made with tender spaghetti, crisp vegetables, and a tangy Italian dressing—perfect for picnics, potlucks, or summer meals.

  • 12 oz spaghetti
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cucumber, diced
  • 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, diced
  • 1/2 cup black olives, sliced
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup Italian dressing (more as needed)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked spaghetti, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, green bell pepper, and black olives.
  3. Pour Italian dressing over the salad and toss well to coat.
  4. Add Parmesan cheese and mix again.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving for best flavor.

  • You can add pepperoni slices, mozzarella cubes, or grilled chicken for extra protein.
