Ingredients
Scale
2 cups heavy cream
1 cup whole milk
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
1 cup brownie chunks
1/2 cup chocolate fudge sauce
Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together heavy cream, whole milk, sugar, cocoa powder, and vanilla extract until smooth and the sugar has dissolved.
Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
During the last 5 minutes of churning, add mini chocolate chips and brownie chunks to the ice cream maker.
Once the ice cream is thick and creamy, drizzle in the chocolate fudge sauce and gently fold it into the ice cream.
Transfer the ice cream to an airtight container and freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.
Notes
For an even richer flavor, you can add a tablespoon of espresso powder to the ice cream base.
Make sure the brownie chunks are small enough to easily mix into the ice cream and create a balanced texture.
If you don’t have an ice cream maker, you can freeze the mixture in a shallow dish, stirring every 30 minutes until it reaches the desired consistency.
