- Preheat your waffle maker according to manufacturer instructions.
- Unroll the croissant dough and separate it into individual pieces if using canned dough. If using uncooked croissants, leave them whole or slightly rolled.
- Lightly grease the waffle iron with butter or non-stick spray.
- Place one croissant piece in the center of the waffle iron and gently close the lid without pressing too hard.
- Cook for 3-5 minutes or until golden brown and crisp.
- Carefully remove the croffle and repeat with remaining dough.
