Croissant with Jam and Butter

A classic French pastry served warm with rich butter and sweet jam, perfect for breakfast or a light snack.

Ingredients

  • 1 croissant
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 1 tablespoon fruit jam (strawberry, raspberry, or your choice)

Instructions

  1. Slice the croissant in half horizontally.
  2. Warm the croissant in a toaster oven or on a skillet for 2-3 minutes until slightly crisp.
  3. Spread butter evenly on the inside of the warm croissant.
  4. Add a layer of jam over the butter.
  5. Close the croissant and serve immediately.
