Cucumber Radish Salad

A light, refreshing salad made with crisp cucumbers and peppery radishes, perfect for a healthy side dish or snack.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup radishes, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the sliced cucumbers and radishes.
  2. Add the chopped dill, lemon juice, and olive oil.
