Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp fresh herbs (dill, parsley, or chives), chopped
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Wash and slice the cucumber into even rounds.
  2. Spread a thin layer of cream cheese or hummus on each slice.
  3. Top with your choice of smoked salmon, cherry tomatoes, or crumbled feta.
  4. Sprinkle with fresh herbs, salt, and pepper to taste.
  5. Arrange on a serving platter and serve immediately.

  • For a dairy-free option, use hummus instead of cream cheese.
  • You can prepare the cucumber slices ahead but add toppings just before serving to keep them crisp.
