Deviled Eggs with Paprika

Classic deviled eggs with a creamy yolk filling, topped with a sprinkle of paprika for flavor and color. Perfect as an appetizer or party snack.

Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • Paprika, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Place the eggs in a saucepan and cover with water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
  2. Drain the hot water and transfer the eggs to an ice bath to cool completely.
  3. Peel the eggs and slice them in half lengthwise.
  4. Remove the yolks and place them in a small bowl. Mash with a fork until smooth.
  5. Mix in mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, salt, and black pepper until creamy.
  6. Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg whites.
  7. Sprinkle with paprika and serve chilled.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add a pinch of garlic powder or onion powder to the filling.
  • Use a piping bag for a cleaner and more decorative presentation.
  • Can be made a few hours in advance and stored in the refrigerator.
