- 1 Earl Grey tea bag
- 1/2 tsp dried culinary lavender
- 1 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
- 1–2 tsp honey or sweetener of choice (optional)
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
- In a small saucepan, bring the water to a boil.
- Add the Earl Grey tea bag and lavender. Steep for 5 minutes, then strain out the solids.
- In another saucepan, heat the milk until steaming but not boiling.
- Optional: froth the milk using a frother or whisk vigorously for a foamy texture.
- Pour the steeped tea into a mug.
- Stir in honey or sweetener and vanilla extract if using.
- Top with steamed milk and foam.
- Garnish with a sprinkle of dried lavender if desired. Serve warm.
