- 1 cup dark or semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2 tsp coconut oil (optional, for smoother melting)
- 1/4 cup peanut butter or almond butter (optional, for filling)
- 1/4 cup crushed nuts, shredded coconut, or sprinkles (optional, for topping)
- Peel and slice the bananas into bite-sized rounds.
- If using nut butter, spread a small amount between two banana slices to make a ‘sandwich.’
- Melt the chocolate chips with coconut oil in the microwave or using a double boiler until smooth.
- Dip each banana slice (or sandwich) into the melted chocolate, coating evenly.
- Place coated bananas on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
