- 2 cups plain or flavored Greek yogurt
- 1 cup granola
- 1 cup mixed fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
- In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt with honey and vanilla extract if using.
- Layer a few spoonfuls of yogurt into the bottom of small mason jars or containers.
- Add a layer of fresh berries over the yogurt.
- Top with a layer of granola.
- Repeat the layers until the jars are full, finishing with granola on top.
- Seal jars with lids and freeze for at least 2 hours or until solid.
- Remove from the freezer about 10–15 minutes before eating to soften slightly.
