Frozen Yogurt Parfait Jars

Frozen Yogurt Parfait Jars are a healthy, make-ahead breakfast or snack option layered with creamy yogurt, fresh fruits, and crunchy granola.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups plain or flavored Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup granola
  • 1 cup mixed fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt with honey and vanilla extract if using.
  2. Layer a few spoonfuls of yogurt into the bottom of small mason jars or containers.
  3. Add a layer of fresh berries over the yogurt.
  4. Top with a layer of granola.
  5. Repeat the layers until the jars are full, finishing with granola on top.
  6. Seal jars with lids and freeze for at least 2 hours or until solid.
  7. Remove from the freezer about 10–15 minutes before eating to soften slightly.

Notes

  • Use any combination of fruits you prefer, including bananas, mangoes, or peaches.
  • Choose a low-sugar granola to keep it healthier.
  • Add chia seeds or flaxseeds for extra fiber and nutrients.
  • These jars can be stored in the freezer for up to 1 month.
