Fruit and Yogurt Pops

Refreshing and healthy frozen treats made with layers of creamy yogurt and fresh fruit, perfect for a light snack or dessert.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups plain or vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups mixed fresh fruit (berries, mango, kiwi, or peaches), chopped
  • 1/4 cup granola (optional, for layering)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the yogurt with honey (if using) and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Prepare the popsicle molds by adding a spoonful of fruit to each mold.
  3. Layer with yogurt, then more fruit, repeating until the molds are filled.
  4. If desired, sprinkle granola in between layers for extra crunch.
  5. Insert sticks and freeze for at least 4 hours, or until completely solid.
  6. To release, run the molds briefly under warm water before pulling the pops out.

Notes

  • You can use dairy-free yogurt for a vegan version.
  • Frozen fruit works if fresh fruit isn’t available.
  • Adjust sweetness depending on the fruit used and your taste.
