- 2 cups plain or vanilla Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups mixed fresh fruit (berries, mango, kiwi, or peaches), chopped
- 1/4 cup granola (optional, for layering)
- In a bowl, mix the yogurt with honey (if using) and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Prepare the popsicle molds by adding a spoonful of fruit to each mold.
- Layer with yogurt, then more fruit, repeating until the molds are filled.
- If desired, sprinkle granola in between layers for extra crunch.
- Insert sticks and freeze for at least 4 hours, or until completely solid.
- To release, run the molds briefly under warm water before pulling the pops out.
Notes
- You can use dairy-free yogurt for a vegan version.
- Frozen fruit works if fresh fruit isn’t available.
- Adjust sweetness depending on the fruit used and your taste.
