Funfetti Mug Cake

A quick and festive single-serving Funfetti mug cake made in the microwave, perfect for satisfying sweet cravings in minutes.

  • 4 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • 3 tbsp milk
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp rainbow sprinkles

Instructions

  1. In a microwave-safe mug, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  2. Add the milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract to the mug and mix until smooth.
  3. Fold in the rainbow sprinkles gently.
  4. Microwave the mug on high for 60–90 seconds, or until the cake has risen and is set in the center.
  5. Allow to cool slightly before eating straight from the mug.

Notes
