  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat a grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Brush the corn with olive oil and place on the grill.
  3. Grill the corn for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally until nicely charred and tender.
  4. In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  5. Remove corn from the grill and immediately brush with the garlic butter mixture.
  6. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the hot corn.
  7. Garnish with chopped parsley, if desired, and serve immediately.

Notes
