Greek Yogurt Parfait with Berries and Granola

A delicious and healthy Greek yogurt parfait layered with fresh berries and crunchy granola, perfect for breakfast or a snack.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup fresh mixed berries (blueberries, strawberries, raspberries)
  • 1/4 cup granola
  • 12 teaspoons honey (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a glass or bowl, layer half of the Greek yogurt at the bottom.
  2. Top the yogurt with half of the fresh berries.
  3. Sprinkle a layer of granola over the berries.
  4. Repeat the layers with the remaining yogurt, berries, and granola.
  5. If desired, drizzle with honey and add a splash of vanilla extract for extra flavor.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

  • Use any combination of berries you prefer, or even frozen berries if fresh ones aren’t available.
  • You can make this parfait ahead of time, but it’s best to add the granola just before serving to keep it crunchy.
  • For a dairy-free version, use a plant-based yogurt alternative.
