Greek Yogurt Parfait

A Greek Yogurt Parfait is a healthy and delicious layered breakfast or snack made with creamy Greek yogurt, fresh fruits, crunchy granola, and a touch of honey or sweetener.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or flavored)
  • 1/2 cup granola
  • 1/2 cup fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds or flaxseeds (optional)

Instructions

  1. Spoon half of the Greek yogurt into a serving glass or bowl.
  2. Add a layer of half the granola on top of the yogurt.
  3. Add a layer of half the fresh berries.
  4. Repeat the layers with the remaining yogurt, granola, and berries.
  5. Drizzle honey or maple syrup on top, if using.
  6. Sprinkle chia seeds or flaxseeds for added texture and nutrition.
  7. Serve immediately for crunch or refrigerate for up to an hour if preferred softer.

Notes

  • Use seasonal fruits for best flavor.
  • Can substitute Greek yogurt with non-dairy yogurt for a vegan version.
  • Granola can be homemade or store-bought.
  • Add nuts for extra protein and crunch.
