Iced Spanish Latte

A refreshing and creamy iced coffee drink made with equal parts espresso and milk, sweetened with condensed milk. Perfect for hot days.

Ingredients

  • 1 shot (30ml) espresso or strong brewed coffee
  • 1/4 cup (60ml) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup (120ml) whole milk or any preferred milk
  • 1 cup ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Brew a fresh shot of espresso or strong coffee.
  2. In a glass, add sweetened condensed milk.
  3. Pour the hot espresso over the condensed milk and stir to combine.
  4. Add ice cubes to fill the glass.
  5. Top with cold milk and stir until well mixed.
  6. Serve immediately with a straw or spoon to stir as needed.

Notes

  • You can adjust the sweetness by changing the amount of condensed milk.
  • Use non-dairy milk for a lactose-free version.
  • Chill the espresso before pouring over ice to prevent dilution.
