Mango Pudding

A creamy and refreshing mango pudding made with ripe mangoes, milk, and a touch of sugar, perfect for a light dessert.

  • 2 cups ripe mango pulp (fresh or canned)
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup sugar (adjust to taste)
  • 2 tsp unflavored gelatin
  • 1/4 cup warm water
  • Fresh mango cubes for garnish (optional)
  • Mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, dissolve the gelatin in warm water and set aside for 5 minutes.
  2. In a blender, combine mango pulp, milk, condensed milk, heavy cream, and sugar. Blend until smooth.
  3. Add the dissolved gelatin to the mango mixture and blend again until well combined.
  4. Pour the mixture into serving bowls or molds.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
  6. Garnish with mango cubes and mint leaves before serving, if desired.

Notes

  • You can adjust the sugar based on the sweetness of your mangoes.
  • Agar-agar can be used instead of gelatin for a vegetarian version.
  • For a smoother texture, strain the mango puree before blending.
