- 2 cups ripe mango pulp (fresh or canned)
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup sugar (adjust to taste)
- 2 tsp unflavored gelatin
- 1/4 cup warm water
- Fresh mango cubes for garnish (optional)
- Mint leaves for garnish (optional)
- In a small bowl, dissolve the gelatin in warm water and set aside for 5 minutes.
- In a blender, combine mango pulp, milk, condensed milk, heavy cream, and sugar. Blend until smooth.
- Add the dissolved gelatin to the mango mixture and blend again until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into serving bowls or molds.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
- Garnish with mango cubes and mint leaves before serving, if desired.
Notes
- You can adjust the sugar based on the sweetness of your mangoes.
- Agar-agar can be used instead of gelatin for a vegetarian version.
- For a smoother texture, strain the mango puree before blending.
