- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 12 mini corn tortillas
- 1/2 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup chopped red onion
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 lime, cut into wedges
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and add shredded chicken.
- Season with chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir well and cook for 5 minutes until heated through.
- Warm mini tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave until pliable.
- Fill each tortilla with seasoned chicken.
