- 2 tbsp sugar
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/3 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream

- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter in a bowl.
- Press the mixture into mini muffin tins to form a crust base.
- Bake crusts for 5–7 minutes, then let cool.
- In a bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
- Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until combined.
- Whip the heavy cream separately until stiff peaks form, then fold into cream cheese mixture.
- Spoon or pipe the filling onto cooled crusts.

- Chill in refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
