These mini desserts are perfect bite-sized treats, ideal for parties, gatherings, or when you’re craving a small sweet indulgence. They’re easy to make and versatile enough to suit any occasion.

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/3 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
  • Fresh berries or fruit topping (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter in a bowl.
  3. Press the mixture into mini muffin tins to form a crust base.
  4. Bake crusts for 5–7 minutes, then let cool.
  5. In a bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
  6. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until combined.
  7. Whip the heavy cream separately until stiff peaks form, then fold into cream cheese mixture.
  8. Spoon or pipe the filling onto cooled crusts.
  9. Top with fresh berries or fruit, if desired.
  10. Chill in refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.

Notes

  • Use silicone mini muffin pans for easy removal.
  • Try using flavored extracts for variation (e.g., lemon or almond).
  • Store in the fridge for up to 3 days.
