Mini Sandwiches (Fruit/Meat)

These mini sandwiches are perfect for parties, picnics, or quick snacks, combining sweet fruits or savory meats with bread and spreads for a delightful bite-sized treat.

  • 12 slices of bread (white, wheat, or brioche)
  • 4 oz cream cheese or butter
  • 1/2 cup strawberry slices
  • 1/2 cup cucumber slices
  • 1/2 cup deli turkey or ham slices
  • 4 slices cheese (cheddar or Swiss)
  • 1/4 cup lettuce leaves
  • 1 tbsp honey or jam (optional for fruit sandwiches)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Lay out the bread slices and lightly spread with cream cheese or butter.
  2. For fruit sandwiches: layer strawberry slices on half of the bread, drizzle with honey or spread jam, and top with another slice of bread.
  3. For meat sandwiches: place turkey or ham slices on bread, add cheese, cucumber, and lettuce, then season with salt and pepper.
  4. Press gently and cut each sandwich into quarters or fun shapes using a cookie cutter.
  5. Arrange on a platter and serve immediately or cover and refrigerate until serving.
