Mixed Vegetable Puree

A smooth and nutritious mixed vegetable puree, perfect for babies or as a healthy side dish.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup carrots, peeled and chopped
  • 1 cup potatoes, peeled and chopped
  • 1/2 cup green peas
  • 1/2 cup cauliflower florets
  • 1/4 cup water or as needed

Instructions

  1. Wash and chop all the vegetables into small pieces.
  2. Steam or boil the vegetables until they are soft and tender (about 15-20 minutes).
  3. Allow the vegetables to cool slightly.
  4. Transfer the vegetables to a blender or food processor.
  5. Add water gradually and blend until a smooth puree is achieved.
  6. Serve warm or store in the refrigerator for later use.

Notes

  • You can adjust the thickness of the puree by adding more or less water.
  • For older babies or adults, mild seasoning can be added.
  • Always ensure vegetables are cooked thoroughly to avoid digestive issues.
