  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • Fresh berries or fruit topping of choice

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Mix until well combined.
  2. Divide the crust mixture evenly between jars and press down to form the base.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
  4. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract to the cream cheese and beat until well combined.
  5. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  6. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until smooth.
  7. Spoon or pipe the cheesecake mixture over the crust in the jars.
  8. Top with fresh berries or fruit of your choice.
  9. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
