Oatmeal Banana Fingers

Soft, easy-to-grab oatmeal banana fingers perfect for baby-led weaning or toddler snacks.

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe banana, mashed
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup milk (breast milk, formula, or dairy/non-dairy milk)
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mash the banana until smooth.
  3. Add the oats, milk, and cinnamon (if using). Mix until well combined.
  4. Let the mixture sit for 5–10 minutes to thicken slightly.
  5. Scoop the mixture onto the tray and shape into finger-sized bars.
  6. Bake for 15–20 minutes or until firm and lightly golden.
  7. Cool completely before serving. Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
