Oreo Stuffed Brownie Cups

Deliciously rich and fudgy brownie cups with a surprise Oreo cookie stuffed inside, perfect for indulgent treats or party desserts.

  • 1 box brownie mix (for 9x13 inch pan)
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 large eggs
  • 12 Oreo cookies
  • Non-stick cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and spray a muffin tin with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. In a large bowl, prepare brownie mix according to the package instructions (typically adding water, oil, and eggs).
  3. Fill each muffin cup halfway with brownie batter.
  4. Press one Oreo cookie into the center of each filled muffin cup.
  5. Spoon additional brownie batter over each Oreo until the cup is about 3/4 full.
  6. Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until the edges are set and a toothpick inserted into the brownie (not Oreo) comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  7. Cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes

  • You can use double-stuffed or flavored Oreos for variation.
  • Serve warm with ice cream for an extra treat.
  • Use a silicone muffin tray for easier removal.
