Paneer Cheesecake Jars are a delightful fusion dessert combining the creamy texture of traditional cheesecake with the rich taste of paneer. Served in individual jars, they are perfect for parties or personal treats.

  • 200g cream cheese
  • 200ml condensed milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 100g digestive biscuits, crushed
  • 50g melted butter
  • 100g fresh fruits or fruit compote (e.g., berries or mango)
  • Mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine crushed digestive biscuits with melted butter to form the base mixture.
  2. Spoon the biscuit mixture into the bottom of serving jars and press down gently to set the crust.
  3. In a blender or food processor, blend paneer, cream cheese, condensed milk, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  4. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the biscuit base in the jars and level the tops.
  5. Top with fresh fruits or fruit compote of your choice.
  6. Refrigerate the jars for at least 2-4 hours or until set.
  7. Garnish with mint leaves before serving, if desired.

Notes

  • You can substitute paneer with ricotta if paneer is unavailable.
  • For a firmer texture, refrigerate overnight.
