- 1 ½ pounds Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Optional: 1 tablespoon balsamic glaze for drizzling
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
