Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 large flour tortilla (whole wheat preferred)
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter (creamy or crunchy)
  • 1 medium banana, peeled
  • 1 teaspoon honey (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon granola (optional, for crunch)

Instructions

  1. Lay the tortilla flat on a clean surface.
  2. Spread peanut butter evenly over the tortilla.
  3. Place the banana near the edge of the tortilla.
  4. Drizzle honey over the banana, if using.
  5. Sprinkle granola for added crunch, if desired.
  6. Roll the tortilla tightly around the banana to form a wrap.
  7. Slice in half and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Use almond or sunflower seed butter for a peanut-free option.
  • For extra sweetness, add chocolate chips before rolling.
  • Best eaten fresh but can be wrapped and stored for a few hours.
