- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/4 cup pizza sauce (optional for dipping)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Unroll the pizza dough onto a lightly floured surface and flatten it into a rectangle.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly over the dough, followed by the sliced pepperoni and Italian seasoning.
- Starting from one long edge, tightly roll up the dough into a log.
