Pepperoni Pizza Rolls

These pepperoni pizza rolls are a delicious and easy-to-make snack or appetizer, filled with gooey cheese and savory pepperoni, all wrapped in golden pizza dough.

  • 1 can refrigerated pizza dough
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 cup pizza sauce (optional for dipping)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Unroll the pizza dough onto a lightly floured surface and flatten it into a rectangle.
  3. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly over the dough, followed by the sliced pepperoni and Italian seasoning.
  4. Starting from one long edge, tightly roll up the dough into a log.
  5. Slice the rolled dough into 1-inch pieces and place them cut side up on the prepared baking sheet.
  6. Brush the tops with olive oil and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
  7. Bake for 12–15 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly.
  8. Serve warm with pizza sauce for dipping, if desired.

Notes

  • Use turkey pepperoni for a lighter version.
  • You can add other toppings like bell peppers or olives.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
