A fun and flavorful take on classic popcorn, enhanced with spices and seasonings for a unique snacking experience.

Ingredients

  • 8 cups popped popcorn
  • 2 tbsp melted butter (or olive oil for a lighter version)
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh herbs (parsley or cilantro, optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare fresh popcorn using your preferred method (air-popped or stovetop).
  2. In a small bowl, mix smoked paprika, garlic powder, chili powder, and salt.
  3. Drizzle melted butter or olive oil over the warm popcorn.
  4. Sprinkle the seasoning mixture evenly over the popcorn.
  5. Toss well until all popcorn is coated with the seasoning.
  6. Top with Parmesan cheese and herbs if desired, then serve immediately.

Notes

  • Adjust spice level by adding more or less chili powder.
  • For a vegan version, skip the Parmesan or use nutritional yeast.
  • Best served warm and fresh.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
