Pumpkin Spice Latte

A warm and cozy Pumpkin Spice Latte made with real pumpkin puree, fall spices, and espresso, perfect for chilly mornings or cozy afternoons.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 2 tablespoons pumpkin puree
  • 1 to 3 tablespoons sugar (to taste)
  • 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice, plus more for serving
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup strong hot coffee or 12 shots of espresso
  • Whipped cream, for serving (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan over medium heat, whisk together milk, pumpkin puree, and sugar until hot but not boiling.
  2. Remove from heat and whisk in pumpkin pie spice and vanilla extract.
  3. Use a blender or whisk vigorously until the mixture is frothy.
  4. Pour hot coffee or espresso into a mug and top with the pumpkin milk mixture.
  5. Garnish with whipped cream and a sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice if desired.

Notes

  • Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less sugar as per your preference.
  • Use plant-based milk like almond, oat, or soy for a vegan version.
  • You can use a milk frother for extra foam.
