A fun and colorful drink perfect for parties or hot summer days, Rainbow Ice Cream Floats combine different flavors of soda and scoops of vibrant ice cream for a delicious, fizzy treat.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 scoop raspberry sorbet
  • 1 scoop orange sherbet
  • 1 scoop lime sherbet
  • 1 scoop blueberry ice cream
  • 1 scoop lemon sorbet
  • 1/2 cup strawberry soda
  • 1/2 cup orange soda
  • 1/2 cup lemon-lime soda

  • 1/2 cup lemon soda
  • Whipped cream (optional, for topping)
  • Rainbow sprinkles (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Chill glasses in the freezer for 10 minutes before making the floats.
  2. Place one scoop of each ice cream or sorbet into a large tall glass, layering the colors to create a rainbow effect.
  3. Slowly pour a different soda over each corresponding scoop (e.g., strawberry soda over raspberry sorbet, orange soda over orange sherbet, etc.).
  4. Let the soda fizz and mix slightly with the ice cream for a swirling, colorful effect.
  5. Top with whipped cream and rainbow sprinkles if desired.
  6. Serve immediately with a straw and spoon.

Notes

  • You can customize flavors and colors based on availability or preferences.
  • Use clear glasses to show off the rainbow layers.
  • For a less sweet option, use sparkling water instead of soda.
