Sheet Pan Salmon with Broccoli

A simple and healthy sheet pan meal featuring tender salmon fillets and roasted broccoli, seasoned with olive oil, garlic, and lemon for a quick weeknight dinner.

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)
  • 4 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp paprika (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Place salmon fillets on one side of the sheet pan and broccoli florets on the other.
  3. Drizzle olive oil over salmon and broccoli, then sprinkle with garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika if using.
  4. Toss broccoli to coat evenly and arrange lemon slices over the salmon.
  5. Bake for 15–18 minutes, or until salmon flakes easily with a fork and broccoli is tender.
  6. Serve immediately with additional lemon wedges if desired.

Notes

  • You can substitute broccoli with asparagus or green beans.
  • For extra flavor, marinate salmon in olive oil, lemon juice, and herbs for 30 minutes before cooking.
  • Adjust cooking time for thicker salmon fillets.
